ig: Confession Session

We had great fun brewing this one with big daddy @toolbeer and our Canadian buds @collectivebrew. It's called Confession Session. We have to confess that it didn't turn out dark enough to be called a Black IPA so we settled on an older name for this Cacadian Dark Ale style. Simcoe hops, dark malts, and maple syrup make it evoke misty mountains, Tim Hortons breakfasts and polite arguments as only Canadians can. The bar is open until 3 tonight so venture out of the rain and come join, eh?
