BRUS cooking at Frederiksberg Høstfest

BRUS is taking part in this year’s Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival for the annual harvest festival by Byhøst, Frederiksberg Høstfest 2017.

On August 25th the BRUS Kitchen will be teaming up with the organic farm Seerupgaard and serve a 3 course dinner for a classic Danish summer ‘langbordsmiddag’.
