We’re tapping a special stout aged on Teeling Whiskey barrels for 6 months and setting up a tasting session and special dinner at BRUS on November 9th 18:00.
Christian Gadient is behind the stoves creating a full menu carrying elements of beer and whiskey production. Kevin Hurley from Teeling Whiskey will serve cocktails and present the whiskies.

Duck Marinated in Whiskey Aged Stout and Spices grilled over the Barrel Staves which the Whiskey and Stout has aged in
served with Beetroots, Black Berries and Barrel Aged Five Spice Sauce

Teeling Whiskey Soft Ice with Caramelized Malt and Honey
We finish with an Irish Coffee made with Teeling Small Batch, BRUS Stout Syrup and a Sherry Vanilla Cream.
