A regular on the BRUS menu card is the BRUS burger! We serve it with BLC, tomatoes and truffle mayo. In a homebaked bun with a juicy beef patty. The burger also comes in a veggie edition with aubergine instead of meat. We suggest that you eat it with our fermented fries on the side and a huge fresh beer from the bar.
