This gorgeously bronzed and burnished glazed pork shank (served with sauerkraut and their own beer-infused mustard!) from @bruscph will haunt my dreams for a long time I just know it 😍😍😍 Sticky yet still crackling skin, impossibly tender and juicy meat…and, just trust me, bigger than it looks in photos! 🙌 Also, the mustard was 👌👌👌
