Come and taste beer brewed by To Øl and coffee roasted by The Coffee Collective for a shared beer and coffee tasting during Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival on August 30th at Coffee Collective Bernikow.
Begin the evening with some tasty coffees and balance the caffeine rush with some micro brews by To Øl. We’ll be tasting 6 different coffees. Fruity Kenyans, floral Ethiopians and other tasty coffees. Get an insight in the factors responsible for the huge difference in aromas in i high quality coffee.
There’ll be 4 type of beers that’ll represent different styles in brewing. All beers are brewed by To Øl, a brewery that has established it self as a world class brewery in just a few years. Come and experience how the brewmasters has transformed yeast and hops to divine liquid.
The tasting is set at Coffee Collective Bernikow in Copenhagen city center – tickets are 250 DKK and can be purchased here.
