On Wednesday 19th we’re canning again!
Internationally Known is our 8.0% powerhouse DIPA made in collaboration with our friends at finbackbrewery. This beer is a true collaboration, utilising techniques from both breweries. We incorporated Finbacks restrained use of adjunct malts and with our dry hop regiment and step mashing to create a deceptively easy drinking DIPA, with tropical notes from Citra for pineapple and guava juiciness over the classic resiny citrus profile of Centennial and Amarillo.
House of Pale, a 5,6% bright and crisp Pale Ale brewed with Amarillo and Simcoe. Bitter, light malt balanced, with subtle fruit from the hops this beer is a firm house favourite.
