We’ve been busy brewing an old favourite and collabing on a new brew together with our friends Gamma Brewing Co.!
What We Drink was brewed as part of a series between To Øl (BRUS) and Gamma Brewery. This super easy drinking 4.9% Kölsch was hopped with a subtle blend of Spalter Select, Saphir and Mandarina Bavaria. The idea behind this brew was to make a simple but super drinkable beer we would all want to drink any time.
(The counterpart collab What We Make a 9.0% DIPA, which was brewed at Gamma’s Brewery in Gørlose, will also be available to buy at the BRUS shop from this week!)
Tricerahops is our hop monster of an IPA – packed to the brim with god-like golden hop juice. We triple dry-hopped this beast with Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Simcoe to really amp up the aroma and citrus notes. The slightly sweet after-taste that is common with this style pairs really well with all the fruity notes.
Both will be canned here at BRUS on Wednesday 15th January & will be available to buy from the BRUS shop as single cans, 6-packs, 12-packs & 24-packs!
