ig: @adrambeforethestorm fermented fries Went to eat at probably the best beer (place) right now Brus in Copenhagen . The Fries was salt without any salt on and the chef showed me how… This genius ferment potatoes for 5 days before they are fried. That make the salty flavours come from the inside and out and is amazing! I lost focus on all the kick-ass beers they make at the brewery that are located in the bar/restaurant.
