FriDelia — 4,3% Session Pilsner / Straw golden in color, with a fine-grained and abundant lacing froth, Delia is an Italian craft lager beer brewed for the Summer with Floor Malts and a peculiar variety of German hops. Nose is floral, fruity, herbal and endowed with a resinous/balsamic finish; typical of the hops. Flavor confirms these sensations while adding a honey-like taste given by the old-fashioned floor-kilned malts. The finish is balsamic and lighlty bitter.
SatTipopils — 5,2% Italian Pilsner / Tipopils is a golden lager with a rich hopping: the aroma of hops is the first thing one can perceive when sensorily approaching this beer, brimming with herbal and notes (freshly mown grass) followed by honey-like notes from the malts and hints of fresh yeast. The sip is velvety and full-bodied, gently sparkling. A taste one cannot get tired of: this is the secret of Tipopils; a beer of great character, notwithstanding its apparent simplicity.
SatSogno Lucido — 7,5% Double Pils / A golden, soft and well-rounded “Double Pils”, this beer boasts a long-lasting herbal aroma of high concentration. It appears slightly hazy, crowned by an abundant foamy head, blindingly candid. Nose is rich and ever changing, with flavors ranging from white fruit to acacia honey, with intense floral nuances and a distinctive smell of raw cereals. It culminates in a landscape of herbal dunes, panning endlessly underneath the bird-eye view of the olfaction. Gentle and never bitter, this craft beer is complex, persistent, just as fleetingly sweet as it’s needed to support the overload of noble German hops used both in aroma and dry hopping. A unique Pilsener, “double” both in body and in flavor.
SatAsteroid 56013 — 6,6% Classic IPA / This bronze-hued ale boasts a compact white head. Nose is fresh, exuberantly hoppy, brimming with citrusy and tropical aromas. In the mouth again the citrus, slowly turning to resinous and balsamic notes. The intense mouthfeel, full-bodied while easily drinkable, is dry and culminating in a long lasting, penetrating bitterness.
